One man is in jail after being suspected of breaking into multiple vehicles

One man is in jail after being suspected of breaking into multiple vehicles. Witnesses saw a group of people breaking into cars at the Enclave Apartments, in the 4600 block of 71st Street. Officers were called out about 3:30 A.M. last night, and saw a brown Bronco fleeing the scene. Police managed to arrest eighteen year-old Joe Louis Garcia, but two other suspects escaped.
