The City of Lubbock Health Department will offer state supplied childhood
immunizations for children 2 months of age through 18 years of age at
Ballenger on Thursday July 30; from 10 to 3 pm. Ballenger is located at 1110
40th. The costs for the immunizations are $15 for two or more shots and
$10 if children receive only one shot. Medicaid and Chip are accepted;
however no child will be turned away for inability to pay for state supplied
vaccines.
A COMPLETE SHOT RECORD IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME IMMUNIZATIONS ARE REQUESTED.
IMMUNIZATIONS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF A SHOT RECORD IS NOT PRESENTED.
